All funds are in US currency.

Payment to be made via bank transfer, e-transfer or ACH.

$500 Damage Deposit due at Booking. To be returned within 7 days of check out upon our manager's approval.

Additional $175 cleaning fee due at time of booking.

Cancellations - We request as much advanced notice as possible. A full refund will be issued within 7 days for any cancellation via bank transfer.
